As we move into a new month, we have a lot of new romances coming our way! Let’s see what we have to look forward to in this April 2026 edition of “Korean Dramas You Need to Be Watching.”
This monthly series is meant to keep you updated on what’s happening in that amazing world of Korean dramas so that you don’t miss out on anything! Here are the kdramas you should keep an eye out for in April 2026:

1. Perfect Crown
Perfect Crown is set in a fictional Korea where there is a constitutional monarchy and follows the romance between a chaebol heiress (IU) who has everything, but her commoner status creates problems for her and a prince (Byun Woo Sook) who has nothing and hides his identity.
Perfect Crown is scheduled to premiere April 10 on MBC.

2. Sold Out on You
Sold Out on You is a romantic comedy about a mysterious farmer (Ahn Hyo Seop) who gets involved with an insomniac home shopping host (Chae Won Bin) as they go on a healing journey.
Sold Out on You is scheduled to premiere April 22 on SBS.
3. Yumi’s Cells 3
Yumi’s Cells 3 is about a successful writer (Kim Go Eun) from the point of view of the brain cells in her mind who control everything about her as she starts dating.
Yumi’s Cells is scheduled to premiere April 13 on tvN.
4. Filing for Love
Filing for Love is an office romantic comedy about the head of a large corporation’s audit team (Gong Myung) who is demoted to dealing with misconduct and the tough and quirky audit team leader (Shin Hye Sun) as they team up to keep an eye on company scandals.
Filing for Love is scheduled to premiere April 25 on tvN.
5. Bloodhounds 2
Bloodhounds 2 follows the story of 2 men (Woo Do Hwan, Lee Sang Yi) as they go up against a ruthless boxer (Rain) in an underground league.
Bloodhounds 2 is scheduled to premiere April 3 on Netflix.
6. Gold Land
Gold Land is a mystery romance about an airport security screening officer (Park Bo Young) from an unfortunate family who meets a man (Kim Sung Cheol) involved in a loan shark ring, and they get involved in a mysterious murder case connected to a large amount of gold bars.
Gold Land is scheduled to premiere April 29 on Disney+.
7. We Are All Trying Here
We Are All Trying Here follows the story of an aspiring film director (Koo Kyo Hwan) who is struggling with feeling left behind since he has not yet debuted in the film industry and a producer (Go Youn Jung) who has suffered trauma as they bond and heal each other’s wounds.
We Are All Trying Here is scheduled to premiere April 18 on JTBC.

8. Phantom Lawyer
Phantom Lawyer tells the story of an attorney (Yoo Yeon Seok) who can see ghosts and a top attorney (Esom) who experiences loss that team up to help ghosts resolve their grievances.
Phantom Lawyer airs Friday and Saturday on SBS.
9. Siren’s Kiss
Siren’s Kiss is a mystery thriller about an insurance investigator (Wi Ha Joon) who gets involved in the mystery around the death of a teacher as he gets close to a woman (Park Min Young) who might be a serial killer.
Siren’s Kiss airs Monday and Tuesday on tvN.
10. Climax
Climax is about an ambitious married couple who are a star prosecutor (Joo Ji Hoon) and a former top actress (Ha Ji Won) that are willing to go against each other to rise to the top of South Korea’s financial and entertainment industries.
Climax airs Monday and Tuesday on ENA.
