In 2024, renowned music producer Shinsadong Tiger passed away.
The producer was also the executive producer of TR Entertainment and helped to form the girl group TRI.BE. Following his passing, the company went bankrupt, resulting in the group being shuffled to another agency.
TRI.BE’s accounts went silent in July 2025, signaling what was considered to be a disbandment. Recently, a member of the group shared an update appearing to confirm that.
On August 19, a video was posted on the Giggle YouTube channel in which Korean girls reacted to deleted scenes from the American show Family Guy.
At the beginning of the video, Bang Soeun was introduced and shared her background as a member of the girl group. She introduced herself as having “used to be a member of TRI.BE.”
After describing some aspects of idol life, Soeun was asked if she’d do it again, to which she stated that she would not and had completely moved on.

This seems to confirm that TRI.BE did indeed silently disband.
