A special screening of the film took place at the 27th Jeonju International Film Festival, in Hall 1 of CGV Jeonju Gosa at 6:00 p.m. on May 7. This was followed by a guest talk where the filmmakers and actors, including Hongjoong, discussed Hallucination.
