Singer Mina revealed a toned body that belies her age in her mid-50s.
On the 12th, Mina posted on her Instagram account, “Now that I’m in my mid-50s, it seems like I gain weight if I eat a lot, so I’ve been moving around a lot to manage age-related weight,” along with photos and videos taken at the gym.
In the post, Mina is wearing a bra top, showing off defined abs and a healthy, fit body line. She shared an update on her strict self-care routine, saying, “Back in practice mode. My husband is practicing singing, and I’m doing dance practice for Reels, pole dancing, and gym workouts—all of it.”
Meanwhile, Mina married singer Ryu Philip, who is 17 years her junior, in 2018, and they are loved as a representative older woman-younger man couple in the entertainment industry.
