Nine out of 10 members of THE BOYZ have reportedly filed for contract termination with ONE HUNDRED.

According to an exclusive report from The Fact, nine members of THE BOYZ have filed for contract termination and sent a certified notice to CEO Cha Ga Won back in February, notifying her of the serious contractual breaches made by the company and the irreparable loss of trust in the company. The members had previously spend over a month trying to negotiate with the company, but recently such negotiations failed.

THE BOYZ had been requesting access to their full contracts and settlement statements since February, but Cha Ga Won continued to refuse access to them and offered no satisfactory explanation to why they could not get them. Cha Ga Won reportedly instead pinned the blame on the members, insisting they would need to pay breach of contract penalties if they wanted to terminate their contract

THE BOYZ continued to proceed with their schedules for over a month to maintain their promises made with their fans, but ultimately made the choice to proceed with contract termination. Out of the 10 current members of THE BOYZ, nine have proceeded with contract termination while New has chosen to stay with ONE HUNDRED. His reasons are listed by The Fact as personal reasons.

It was previously reported that ONE HUNDRED owes THE BOYZ members over ₩1.00 billion KRW (about $663,000 USD) in unpaid settlements. Not only that, but unpaid pills to support staff and partner companies working alongside THE BOYZ have reportedly totaled billions of won, making it virtually impossible to proceed with future album production or activities.

Finally, The Fact reported Cha Ga Won recently withdrew and spent around ₩150 million KRW (about $99,500 USD) from THE BOYZ’s dorm’s housing deposit. She also has not provided the members any funding to rent out a practice room ahead of THE BOYZ’s concert from April 24-26, meaning that the members are being forced to pay for their own practice rooms. They have even lost access to company vehicles, leaving some members driving themselves to their schedules.

ONE HUNDRED has not yet commented on The Fact’s report.
