Swings shared how, in the past, he wasn’t interested in having children, so he got a vasectomy done. Over time, though, he ended up changing his mind:
About eight years ago, I decided I didn’t want to have children, so I went to the hospital and got a vasectomy. But two years ago, I suddenly started wanting kids. Children started looking really adorable to me, so I had the procedure reversed.

In the process, though, the rapper-actor fell victim to rumors of him having azoospermia. He took the chance to reassure viewers that his sperm count is just fine!
After the reversal surgery, I went to the hospital to check if everything worked. The results came out right away, and I only had eight sperm. The doctor told me that with that number, I absolutely wouldn’t be able to have a child. It really hurt to hear that. But then I got tested again two months ago, and this time there were a lot of sperm. So I hope people won’t misunderstand and think I have azoospermia…
