Details of the death of a Chinese influencer have sparked an outpouring of shock.

According to reports, Wang Yefei, known online as Sister Wang Zha, was known for live-streaming women’s fashion to her following of about 130,000 people.
During her final broadcast, Wang was shown trying on and presenting outfits when she suddenly grabbed her neck and head. She appeared to be in pain and told staff that she did not feel good.
After stepping off camera, she turned, looking worse.
Not long after, she shouted for the staff to call emergency services, and she was transported to a hospital where she passed away from a brainstem hemorrhage, or stroke.
The streamer is not the first to die while broadcasting, and the long hours many often work are thought to be a contributing factor. Wang herself was said to have worked 7 to 10 hours a day live-streaming.
Wang reportedly often had headaches and relied on painkillers to manage.
The live streamer is survived by her daughter.
