A fan account shared on X from a fansign with Sunwoo, showed that the idol was very aware of the term. According to the fan who shared it, they asked Sunwoo a question about what they should call him when they get asked about their phone’s background. As you can see from the photo, Sunwoo wrote down the word “daddy.”
