Fans found out due to Ticketmaster.

Cube Entertainment girl group i-dle (formerly known as (G)I-DLE) have cancelled their entire North American tour, and nobody seems to know why.

All nine shows have disappeared from their Ticketmaster page, with dates across New Jersey, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Orlando among those affected. The agency has stayed completely silent — no statement, no explanation, nothing.

Fans are frustrated. But the anger isn’t just about the cancellations themselves. Many are pointing to deeper problems with how the tour was set up from the start.

Cube has not released an official statement yet, so the reason for the cancellation is currently unknown.

Ticket prices were a major sticking point, with $190 for average seats drawing particular criticism.

Sadly this is what happens when normal fans get priced out of concerts because of the insane rates. 190 dollars to get average seats at any decent concert these days.. just not feasible for a lot of people.

Others questioned the venue choices altogether — several shows were booked in arenas holding 15,000 to 20,000 people, which many feel was overly ambitious for an act with a fanbase largely concentrated in South Korea and Asia.

i dont think gidle can do american arenas no shde https://t.co/xI7fzd09TF

This is not a confirmation, only a set of possible cancellation scenarios for i-dle tour. The table reflects ticket sales percentages as of the last days of March, showing less than half of the venues filled. Additionally, the United States initiated a lawsuit against Live Nation… pic.twitter.com/x760hLWPLF

it can’t be due to low ticket sales because tickets have only been on sale for a few weeks, no one cancels a low selling tour this soon after the sales

everyone on idle’s management team is going to hell except for those USC students. why tf would you book arenas in a country they’ve never promoted in

    — idle pr manager (@westsidejeons) April 17, 2026

Whether the cancellations come down to poor sales, logistical issues, or something else entirely, CUBE hasn’t said. That silence is only adding to the frustration. As a result, fans are left with no refund timeline, no rescheduled dates, and no real answers.
