Hwang In-yub and Hyeri work together on Dream to You

Dreams and love rekindle between first loves Hwang In-yub (Dear X) and Hyeri (Friendly Rivalry) in ENA’s upcoming romance Dream to You with a new trailer and poster.
Flashing cameras, red carpets, and accolades have become the new norm for up-and-coming director Woo Su-bin (Hwang In-yub). However, standing in front of an applauding crowd was not originally his dream, so he dedicates his trophy to the one that helped him down this path: his first love Joo Yi-jae (Hyeri). The two met in high school, and back then, Yi-jae was the one winning awards and dragging Su-bin along to make movies.
Returning after fifteen years, Su-bin finds Yi-jae and tells her directly that he came to see her. She, on the other hand, is ready to kick him the moment he shows up, but her prickly reception only makes him fall for her more. With their roles reversed, Su-bin asks Yi-jae to make a movie with him and shows her the unfinished script from their past. He wants her to write the ending and promises to stay by her side through the whole process.
In spite of her initial misgivings, Yi-jae has not fully given up on her dreams either and accepts his offer. As they begin to work together, she realizes that making a movie is much harder than she anticipated, but the real problem comes from her fluttering heart. Along with old dreams, past feelings also emerge, and neither of them is any good at hiding them. As Su-bin tells Yi-jae that she is the protagonist of this story, the trailer ends with a kiss, hinting at plenty more smooches to come.
Also in the lineup are Baek Sung-chul (Brewing Love), Lee Yeol-eum (Dear X), and Lee Sang-yub (Beyond the Bar). ENA’s Dream to You is directed by PD Yoo Sun-dong (Unmasked, The Uncanny Counter) with scripts by Jung Eun-bi. The 12-episode rom-com premieres July 13 in the Monday-Tuesday slot.
