Recently, BTS began to tease their next release, titled “Normal.”

The track, released on the group’s ARIRANG album, will get a music video and is the official second single from the album. On July 15, the official music video teaser was released, following the tabloid-style ads that had been spotted.
As previously scene, the teaser shows the members lined up at urinals, presumably using the bathroom, while RM approaches, looking for a place. The teaser, just 20 seconds long, has already gone viral, and sparked some debate relating to misogyny.
Some felt that if a girl group were to post something like this — using the bathroom — it would not be positively received.

On the viral post, however, many defended the group, commenting their belief that there was extra scrutiny placed on BTS due to their popularity and questioned how another group’s treatment would be the group’s fault.

Others also pointed out that the bathroom/toilet concept was already done by female idols, while the faked urinal use was done by BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and T.O.P in the music video for “ZUTTER.”
