I love the show and most of you might recognize it right away, but let’s have some FUN guessing 😉
Outdoors, dark, faint city-lights.
Him: (with battered face): „I really think… a horrible misfortune has occurred, a calamity-…“
Her: (zoom on her face, eyes widened) „What happend?!“
Him: (camera still zoomed on HER face) „I‘m in love with you.“…
…(cut and zoom on his slowly raised and adorned wrist, his voice) „Thanks to this, I think I’m crazily in love with you right now!“….
… (cut and zoom back to HER face, his raised fist still visible, his voice) „What do you think? Something terrible has happened, don’t you think?“ (she moves her eyeballs daring a look at his fist without moving her head).
CUT TO:
Indoors. Two ajusshi in impeccably tailored suits, one in a light cream-colored suit with a bow-tie (C) and the other in a dark, subtly striped jacket with a cravat (D) – sit facing each other on a gleaming crocodile-skin leather sofa. Around them, a space that shimmers with a hybrid atmosphere: part upscale bar, part corporate lounge, part luxury showroom….
C: „…Before, the 금강고 was fastened around the head (rising both arms and showing with his hands, shot from afar, both man seen seated)…
…“to give tremendous pain in order to gain control“…
…„But there was a limit to how much you could control through physical pain.“ (close-up factual face)
D: (close-up quizzical face) „Then the 금강고 I found for 삼장 is a new model – so therefore, it’s something different…“
C: „THAT 금강고 is for this….“ (Camera zooms in, his full hand moves slowly and settles beneath the bow tie, resting on his immaculate suit-clad chest — now you know why it’s not a cravat. The striped bow-tie adds a giddy touch).
D: „This meaning.. it’s fastened around the heart?“ (close-up rattled face)
C: (Grinning) „That’s right. The power that the 금강고 puts into effect is that of love.“
D: „Love?…Love??!“
C: „Love. Beautiful confinement, blissful obedience.“ (close-up of a winners face, joined by a finger-heart)…
… „It’s the constraint of love you can’t ever breakaway from.“ (Both man shot from a distance, one still doing the finger-heart, the other with turned head, processing the information)
