The cast of a variety show is thrown into shock when a girlfriend confesses to having an affair with her boyfriend’s consent.
In episode 6 of JTBC’s variety show Love War, airing on the 28th, the conflicts and precarious relationship of a couple dating for four years, dubbed the “erectile dysfunction couple”, are revealed.
The girlfriend shares her biggest concern in the relationship, saying, “Except for one thing, everything else fits well between us.”
The core conflict the two face is the boyfriend’s erectile dysfunction. The girlfriend reveals, “Physical intimacy is important,” and adds, “I don’t feel loved by my boyfriend,” evoking sympathy.
However, what follows surprises the cast even more. The girlfriend openly admits, “There was an affair permitted by my boyfriend,” revealing that she had been involved with someone else.
The unexpected confession leaves the cast bewildered. Particularly, Seo Jang Hoon reacts strongly, saying, “That sounds ridiculous,” and expresses anger by adding, “This isn’t even something you’d find at a divorce cooling-off camp.”
Seo Jang Hoon also delivers a harsh reality check to the couple trying to continue their relationship after such a major incident, saying, “This isn’t love! Don’t fool yourself,” offering practical advice.
