Fans are growing increasingly dissatisfied over the exhibition of IVE members Jang Wonyoung and An Yujin as well as a group event.
The two IVE members have been holding the An-Young: An Yujin x Jang Wonyoung Media Exhibition, from September 5th to 27th.

The exhibition received backlash from many fans for its expensive ticket price of ₩66,000 KRW (about $49.20 USD) per person. Reviews of the exhibition expressed disappointment over the lack of photos featuring both An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung together.
Additionally, fans voiced criticism over the newly launched “kuji” event centered around IVE, questioning, “We have to pay to be called by name? Has anyone actually won anything?”

“Kuji” is a Japanese-style random draw lottery for figures and merchandise, where the prizes differ according to the grade of the winning ticket.
The kuji event, jointly held by Starship Entertainment and Mnet Plus from the 7th to the 11th, costs ₩7,500 KRW (about $5.60 USD) per draw, and prizes were divided into grades from A to F.
Grade A included a “video calling your name,” Grade B a “hand-signed Polaroid,” Grade C a “hand-signed concert merchandise,” Grade D a “portrait film keyring,” Grade E a “unit photocards set,” and Grade F a “individual photocard,” all randomly drawn.
The chance of drawing an A prize was only 0.03988%, prompting complaints even from IVE’s official fan club, DIVE. Fans reacted by saying, “Isn’t this too much?“, “That probability is like winning the lottery,” “This is a money-grabbing machine,” “You keep trying because of the hope,” “Kids will overspend without knowing better,” “Is this just exploiting fan loyalty?” and “First a paid exhibition, now a kuji event too.“
