A boy group idol revealed his fellow members’ love for luxury brands, drawing attention from fans and netizens.
On the September 13 broadcast of KBS 2TV variety show Boss in the Mirror, solo comeback artist Minho, who is also a member of SHINee, appeared as a special MC.
During the broadcast, N.Flying’s Lee Seunghyub gifted handmade friendship bracelets to the members. However, Minho advised as a senior, “I once gave a heartfelt gift, but none of that matters—designer brands are the best.”
When Lee Seunghyub said, “The members don’t know much about designer brands,” Minho responded, “You can tell by their reactions when they receive gifts.”
As a video clip showed N.Flying members happily receiving the gifts, Minho said, “It’s good they like them, but next time try giving a designer brand gift.”
When asked if he had ever done that, he said yes, “It causes a commotion. They just run around the practice room.”
Minho then showed an ambiguous response when Seunghyub gave the members colorful T-shirts. Host Jun Hyun Moo asked, “What if it’s that color, but a luxury brand?” Minho confidently replied, “I’d wear it no matter what. I’d tear it up at the concert that day,” drawing laughter.
