Actress Park Shin Hye has officially become a mother of two! On September 22, Park Shin Hye’s agency, SALT Entertainment, announced that the actress had safely given birth to her second child, a baby girl, earlier that day.
The agency shared the happy news in an official statement. Both Park Shin Hye and her newborn daughter are reportedly doing well following the delivery.
“Actress Park Shin Hye gave birth to a healthy baby girl today, September 22. We are delighted to announce that another new member has joined Park Shin Hye and Choi Tae Joon’s family. Both the mother and baby are currently healthy, and Park Shin Hye is resting and recovering while surrounded by the love and care of her family.”
The agency also expressed its gratitude to everyone who had congratulated the couple and asked fans to send their blessings to their newborn daughter.
“We sincerely thank everyone who has generously offered their congratulations, and we ask that you send warm blessings and support to the precious new life that has been born.”
Park Shin Hye married fellow actor Choi Tae Joon in January 2022 after several years of dating.
The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in May 2022. Four years later, in April 2026, Park Shin Hye announced that she was pregnant with their second child, receiving an outpouring of congratulations from fans. With the birth of their daughter on September 22, the couple are now officially parents to a son and a daughter.
Park Shin Hye and Choi Tae Joon have largely kept their children out of the public eye while continuing their respective careers as actors.
