    Fifth-gen rookie boy group EXCEED has suddenly announced their disbandment in less than two years of debuting.

    On January 16, KST, EXCEED shared an official statement on social media platforms, thanking fans for their support. The statement also mentioned that the group will wrap up its activities on January 30, 2026. “From here on, EXCEED will begin walking toward our respective dreams. We would be grateful if you could continue to watch over and support the members’ decisions and feelings,” the announcement shared.

    EXCEED was a five-member boy group consisting of Ikjun, Geumryul, Hyeonki, Seungho, and Joichiro. The group debuted in 2024 with the single “RDBX” and has mostly been active in Japan.

    Four of the five members will be holding one-on-one video calls to greet their fans for the last time. Member Joichiro will not be participating in the fancalls due to schdeuling reasons.
