A pre-debut K-Pop girl group and their agency are becoming a hot topic online, but so far, the feedback has been mixed at best.

    | Na Entertainment

On January 10, 2026, Na Entertainment opened the official social media accounts for their upcoming global girl group, N.angels. Na Entertainment also announced that they would be revealing trainees, who have all passed their online tests for the group. The trainees will be receiving formal training in Korea before they are officially announced as members of N.angels’ debut lineup.

So far, there are over 10 known members from all around the world, some of whom are American, Spanish, Kenyan, Indian, Indonesian, or Brazilian. Vinka, an Indonesian trainee, was the first member introduced. She was revealed on January 10 through a teaser video post, which included her profile information (MBTI, birthday, and more).

21-year-old Yoon, a Brazilian trainee, was introduced as a member on January 17.

On X (Twitter), Yoon’s stage name has been heavily criticized for being at odds with her ethnicity.

you look away for a second and suddenly your friend has red hair pronouns and a korean name https://t.co/SG2hWhtUMw

Your ass is not named Yoon

    is this gaslighting? 😭 https://t.co/2dZgjLplQY pic.twitter.com/z5KhGUHYxv

    girl yo name is Hannah

Girl yoon know damn well that’s not your name 😭😭😭

    — LUXX08 (@myrevne24) January 18, 2026

Other netizens are criticizing the agency, which was founded as LPA Entertainment in 1982, renamed Namoo Entertainment in 2022, and renamed once again to Na Entertainment in 2023.

Is this the same company that the ceo had half naked photos of female trainees saying it was all apart of the training process? YIKES

    — Johnny (@tsunamixjohnny) January 18, 2026

isn’t this company like a terrible company.. like didn’t some of the members of the predebut group de:va say the company was awful?

    — londyn (@linoslvv) January 18, 2026

they didnt debut yet and will probably not do so, theyre called n.angels and theyre under NA entertainment whos known for messy management and often abondoning their projects

    — pepe (@pepevelvet) January 18, 2026

Over the past few years, Na Entertainment has been embroiled in several controversies. In 2022, the company announced their first multinational girl group, Angel Rus.

    Angel Rus | Na Entertainment

That same year, Angel Rus’s debut was cancelled, and police raided the CEO of Na Entertainment’s phone and computer; the company had reportedly asked its trainees to submit full-body photos of themselves dressed only in underwear once a week, on Tuesdays.

In 2024, Na Entertainment opened social media accounts for a second multinational girl group, DE:VA. The group was originally slated to debut in 2025, but on December 22, 2024, DE:VA revealed through an Instagram story that they had left the agency and were looking for a new one. They have not debuted yet.

    DE:VA | Na Entertainment

NWH:I, a seven-member global girl group, debuted on October 24, 2025. As such, N.angels is now Na Entertainment’s fourth multinational girl group. Given the agency’s history, some netizens are skeptical about the group’s debut and worried for the members.

That n.angels group is already so messy… they don’t even seem to be in the same country?? The introductions just being selfies / tiktoks of them?? Man idk i just hope these girls have a strong support system

    — ^_^ (@whsnextgirl) January 18, 2026

they dont even have enough money to make a decent mv for n:whi yet they are alr debuting a new gg

    — BOYTUDE OUT NOW‼️ (@zenoshifts) January 11, 2026

Wait, is Na Entertainment the same company that debuted NWH:I? Someone should just bomb that shady company, because apparently the CEO getting raided for possession of child sexual material wasn’t enough. Now they are putting these girls into huge debt while laundering money. https://t.co/zc1Wxh66kg
