Bae In-hyuk and Noh Jung-eui take care of Our Universe

The newest teaser for tvN’s romantic comedy Our Universe showcases Bae In-hyuk (Check In Hanyang) and Noh Jung-eui’s (Crushology 101) terrible first encounter. Unfortunately, their fates cross again, and they end up having to become a family in more ways than one.
In terms of first impressions, the one between Seon Tae-hyeong (Bae In-hyuk) and Woo Hyeon-jin (Noh Jung-eui) could have gone better. They meet as a seller and buyer respectively, and feelings are immediately hurt when Hyeon-jin asks Tae-hyeong if his item is a fake. He takes offense to her rude accusation and refuses to speak with a crazy lady like her. As the teaser shows them fighting over a lamp and falling to the floor, Hyeon-jin declares that she does not want to speak with him, either.
It would not be a k-drama, though, if things ended there, so the next time Tae-hyeong and Hyeon-jin meet, it is over a meal with their older siblings Ha Joon (Confidence Queen) and Park Ji-hyun (You and Everything Else). His brother and her sister are getting married, which means our antagonistic pair are now in-laws. However, becoming family does little to quell their animosity as Tae-hyeong throws barbed comments at Hyeon-jin, and she glares back at him from across the table.
Unfortunately, something must have happened since both Tae-hyeong and Hyeon-jin receive a call, and the teaser cuts to their twenty-month-old nephew Woo-joo (whose name means universe in Korean). For these two young adults who only ever thought about themselves, a different kind of “universe” has fallen into their laps.
Directed by PD Lee Hyun-seok (Hello? It’sMe!) with scripts written by Soo-jin, Shin Yi-hyeon, and Jeon Yuri, Our Universe is slated for twelve episodes and begins this unusual family tale on February 4 in tvN’s resurrected Wednesday-Thursday slot.
