The intruder who was indicted on charges of breaking into actress Nana’s home has denied the charges against him.

Prosecution revealed the charges, stating, “On November 15 last year, Mr.Kim broke into Nana’s home, armed with a weapon, threatened Nana and her mother, demanded money, causing injuries.”
Regarding this, Kim’s attorney denied most of the charges, “He entered the house thinking it was empty and only intended to steal. He had no intention of extorting anything. He did not possess a weapon and was unilaterally beaten.”
Kim also claimed, “The weapon is something the victim took from the house. I entered an empty house and attempted to steal something due to financial difficulties.”
Kim then requested the court to examine the fingerprints on the weapon. The court has decided to call Nana and her mother as witnesses, and the subsequent trial is scheduled for March 10.
