The latest episode of SBS’s My Little Old Boy gave viewers a look into LYn’s daily life following her divorce from singer Lee Soo (Isu). During the episode, LYn visited a mugwort moxibustion room with singer K.Will, where the two spoke candidly about their lives.
The conversation eventually turned to LYn’s own divorce. But instead of speaking with bitterness, regret, or resentment, the vocalist surprised viewers by saying she still believes in marriage. Even after choosing to end her own, LYn described the experience as something that left behind “a beautiful core.”

For LYn, the hardest part did not seem to be losing the title of “wife.” It was losing the daily presence of someone who had also been one of her closest friends. LYn admitted that while the end of the marriage itself was painful, the deeper sadness came from feeling as though she had lost a companion.

She also made it clear that there was no ugly ending between them. She clarified, “We didn’t end on bad terms. I’m always cheering him on.” Although she spoke calmly at first, LYn eventually became emotional and began to cry. In the studio, show host Shin Dong Yup sympathized with her, noting that the pain was likely sharper because she and Lee Soo had shared such a close bond.
LYn married MC the Max vocalist Lee Soo in 2014, amid much gossip that followed Lee Soo’s prostitution scandal. The two announced their divorce last year after years as one of the Korean music industry’s most recognizable couples.
