Big Planet Made artists VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE’O have all reportedly filed for contract termination.
According to an exclusive report from The Fact, VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE’O have all filed for contract termination to conclude their exclusive contracts with Big Planet Made. The reasons were not specifically stated for each artist, but The Fact listed them as serious breach of contractual duties and the resulting loss of trust in the company. All three artists attempted mediation and resolution with the agency and CEO Cha Ga Won, but were unable to fully restore trust within the company.
Cha Ga Won and Big Planet Made have not accepted the contract termination request made by the three artists but The Fact believes that there is clear-cut negligence in the company’s failures to provide even the most basic support and necessities an agency should provide to an artist, so the contract terminations would be accepted in the end.
This follows The Fact’s earlier report that THE BOYZ filed for contract termination with ONE HUNDRED, also operated by Cha Ga Won.
9 Members Of THE BOYZ File Contract Termination With ONE HUNDRED
In a statement to The Fact regarding the three artists’ contract terminations, Big Planet Made stated there has been no conclusion made yet.
A final conclusion regarding the contract terminations of VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE’O has not been reached yet. We are doing out best to support our artists and their activities.
