A beloved singer, who came out as bisexual seven years ago, has sparked heated reactions with her wedding announcement.
The singer in question is Som Hevin (also known as Hein and Hyein), who gained prominence after appearing on the competitive reality show, Idol School.

Hevin recently took to her Instagram, sharing the news of her marriage to singer Kim Ye Hoon, who is two years younger than her. The wedding will take place in February.

The singer heavily emphasized her faith in the post, writing, “With Yehoon, I will be building a faith-filled family that lifts one another up, and on a day this coming February, we will come together in love.”

I’m getting married.
This may come as sudden news, but as I came to know God, I experienced true rest and a powerful sense of peace.
And within the Lord, I met someone I want to spend my life with.
He lives within the same faith as I do, cherishes me sincerely, and always shares warmth and peace with me through an honest heart.
He’s a lovely person who feels comforting and familiar.

I do wish I could share the longer story behind this, so it feels a little sad to have to keep it brief like this.
