The prosecution has rejected the arrest warrant for a man in his 30s, allegedly said to be BLACKPINK Jisoo‘s older brother, who was arrested on suspicion of committing a sex crime after meeting a female internet broadcaster through a “meal ticket” arrangement.
The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office dismissed the arrest warrant requested by the police for a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. Kim, on April 17. The reason for the dismissal is reported to be insufficient substantiation of the charges.

Mr. Kim is accused of luring the female internet broadcaster to his home and forcibly engaging in physical contact. It is reported that the police applied charges of rape under the Special Act on Sexual Violence for Mr. Kim and requested the arrest warrant.
