The actress, who has recently been described by netizens as “bony” or “skeletally thin,” explained that her weight loss was not the result of extreme dieting or GLP-1 medications like Wegovy.

During the video, Go Hyun Jung opened up about a serious emergency surgery she underwent in 2020.

She also revealed that while she had been managing her condition with medication, severe stress in 2024 caused her health to deteriorate again. According to the actress, she collapsed once more and struggled to even receive emergency treatment due to overcrowded hospitals. “I finally got surgery at 12:20 in the morning and survived,” she recalled. The actress further explained that eating has become difficult and even frightening after her medical complications.

However, Go Hyun Jung firmly denied the claims. “People think I’m on some extreme diet,” she said.
