Fans who have already purchased tickets and hotel rooms have now been informed that it was all for nothing.

    BUS

BUS is a 12-member Thai boy group under SONRAY MUSIC that debuted on December 6, 2023. On February 5, 2026, they became the first T-Pop group on M Countdown, and their popularity has continued to grow ever since.

In February, BUS officially announced their first-ever Asia tour, BUS THE 1ST ASIA FANCON TOUR : THE FIRST LIGHT, which was scheduled to take place in eight major cities in Asia.

On April 30, BUS announced that two of the shows had been canceled. BUS will no longer be performing in Manila on May 24 or Singapore on June 5 due to “unforeseen circumstances affecting these stops.”

The news has not been well-received by fans, some of whom have blamed BUS’s agency.

The “unforeseen circumstances” is actually: Sonray big ass ego think their no.1 boy band in Thailand can sell out ginormous fucking venues in countries they never even step foot in before. No English subs, no nothing. All this because of sonrays big ass ego. Boo Sonray u suck u… https://t.co/Pn1zABF0CH

didn’t promote or plan the tour properly and now u wanna cancel two random spots cause of unseen circumstances?? this disappointment could’ve been avoided if u promoted it even 10% better but then again i would be asking for too much cause you’ve never cared abt fans anyways https://t.co/GCjNEqYe91

One last and I’ll shut up abt this. You know what’s sad? I may be biased but it’s true – passionate PH fans, sold out or not, will give artists an amazing experience. It’s why so many artists call Manila their favorite stop. It’s not just fans who were robbed, but BUS members too https://t.co/Z8dMzIwEVK

Others, who have already made travel arrangements, are now feeling like they were hung out to dry.

I already paid for my flight tickets and booked my hotel, and now this happens? Who is supposed to refund all that money for me? This is seriously so frustrating and unfair. Do you even realize how much trouble and cost this has caused? What were you even thinking?

I was flying from Slovakia to Singapore for this!!! Do you want to pay for my hotel and flight too????

    — R (@nattakitten) April 30, 2026

i’m so damn upset and frustrated cuz i’ve alr booked my flight and filed for leave. i even gave up another concert just for this fancon. i’ve alr spent so much money, time and effort and all u can offer is an apology and call it a day??? HONESTLY WHEN WILL U START DOING BETTER ?? https://t.co/TUKKLKIfmY

BUS will kick off their tour on May 15 in Hong Kong.
