BTS member Jimin ranked first in the February big data analysis of individual idol brand reputation. Fellow group member Jungkook and BLACKPINK’s Jennie followed in second and third place.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed big data on individual idol brands by extracting 159,195,639 data points from 1,730 idols between January 24 and February 24. They measured consumer participation index, media index, communication index, and community index to calculate the brand reputation index.
Jimin’s brand ranked first with a participation index of 111,921, media index of 393,479, communication index of 2,803,088, and community index of 3,495,848, totaling a brand reputation index of 6,804,336. Link analysis showed high associations with “romantic,” “breakthrough,” and “record,” while keyword analysis highlighted “ARMY,” “Who,” and “Like Crazy.”
