After weeks of speculation, Chinese actor and TV host Qi Si Jun and his now ex-girlfriend, online creator Liu Meng Zhang, opened up about their relationship status on February 21. Both are alumni of the Communication University of China. They reportedly began dating around 2019, and their relationship became public in 2024.
