THE BOYZ are currently embroiled in a dispute with their agency, and the court has now ruled in favor of the members.

According to News1 on April 23, the Seoul Central District Court approved the injunction filed by THE BOYZ members sans New against their agency, One Hundred, to suspend the validity of their exclusive contracts.

Last month, nine members of THE BOYZ notified their agency of their intention to terminate their exclusive contracts. Excluding member New, the nine members previously stated through their legal representative, Yulchon LLC, “Due to serious violations of the exclusive contract by One Hundred and the resulting irreparable breakdown of trust, we notified the termination of our exclusive contracts on February 10, 2026. Accordingly, the contracts were lawfully terminated and their validity has ended.”

In response, One Hundred released a statement maintaining, “We cannot accept the request for termination of the exclusive contract.”
