[Drama Chat] Life imitating dramas

I’ve just finished Notes from the Last Row (no notes from this viewer), and the thriller got me thinking about the saying that life imitates art. One of the best things about art is the way it can move us and shape us. I realized that there have been quite a number of times that dramas influenced me and impacted my life in ways big and small.
More recently, We Are All Trying Here made me introspective about my writing and I ended up revisiting ideas I’d jotted down ages ago for a novel. While I’m not anywhere close to finishing the manuscript yet, the drama breathed new life into an old dream, and I’m aiming to get at least a few pages written by the end of this year.
Have there been dramas that have inspired you to make changes in your life or try something new? Maybe your millionth Kopiko PPL prompted you to buy a pack to taste that sweet, caffeine-free energy for yourself. Maybe years of drama-watching got you to book a flight to Korea.
