ENHYPEN is stepping into a darker, more daring side with their 7th mini album, THE SIN: VANISH, and the chilling title track “Knife” sets the tone for their latest concept.
Released on January 8th via Belift Lab’s official SNS, the video marks the final chapter of the album’s story, following the intense events of the previous “Stealer” chapter.
In “Knife,” the group embodies fierce vampires on the run, narrowly escaping their pursuers while showcasing razor-sharp instincts. With fangs and claws at the ready, the members—Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, and Niki—deliver striking visuals that radiate dark charisma. A cyberpunk-inspired backdrop heightens the sense of danger, merging dynamic storytelling with breathtaking aesthetics.
The track itself is a trap-infused hip-hop powerhouse, with piercing synths and a driving beat that capture the tension and urgency of the chase. Lyrically, “Knife” channels the confidence of a vampire lover ready to confront any threat, with Dynamic Duo’s Gaeko contributing to the lyrics alongside the members, amplifying the song’s bold energy.
This release completes the quartet of chapter videos, which includes “No Way Back,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Stealer,” and now “Knife.” Each episode traces the emotional journey of the fugitive vampire lovers, giving fans a taste of the album’s overarching narrative and building anticipation for the full release.
THE SIN: VANISH, dropping January 16th at 2 PM, is a concept album exploring forbidden love in a society where humans and vampires coexist. Through meticulously crafted tracks, immersive storytelling, and intricate sound design, ENHYPEN promises a heightened, cinematic experience, inviting fans into a world of danger, desire, and defiance.
