Epik High’s Tablo showed his affection for his 16-year-old daughter Haru, creating a heartwarming moment.
On the 18th, a video titled “Korean Convenience Store RECIPE BATTLE” was released on Epik High’s YouTube channel.
In the video, Epik High members Tablo, Mithra, and Tukutz each introduced their own favorite convenience store food combinations.
Tablo pulled out carb-flavored spicy chicken ramen, and upon seeing it, Tukutz and Mithra playfully teased him, saying, “Is that for babies?” and “Spicy wimp,” which made everyone laugh.
Tablo responded casually, “I eat it with my baby, Haru,” naturally mentioning his daughter.
Tukutz was surprised and asked, “You still call Haru a baby?” Mithra chimed in, “Haru’s a baby.”
Tablo expressed his deep affection by saying, “She’ll be my baby for life.”
However, when Tukutz said, “She probably doesn’t think so,” Tablo admitted with a laugh, “She hates it,” adding to the humor.
Tablo married actress Kang Hye Jung in 2009, and they have a daughter named Haru. The family appeared together on KBS2’s The Return of Superman in 2013, gaining much love from viewers.
Haru, who is fluent in English, is currently preparing for important college entrance exams such as the SAT and AP tests in the U.S.
She has also gained attention for her unique talents, co-writing the lyrics for the group KiiiKiii’s song “To Me From Me” with her dad, Tablo, and helping translate subtitles for the film Nirvana the Band, showcasing her distinct sensibility.
Recently, she received further recognition as the sole lyricist for the title track “Do Your Dance” on the group RIIZE’s new mini-album.
