    She’s just like us.

Top K-drama actress Park Shin Hye surprised fans with her refreshingly relatable eating habits.

During a recent YouTube appearance, Park candidly revealed that she often reuses leftover food instead of letting it go to waste, admitting that she enjoys “reinventing” meals at home. According to the actress, leftover dishes like tteokbokki don’t get thrown away. Instead, they get frozen and later added straight into ramen, which she described as “seriously delicious.”

She went on to share that she also repurposes leftovers into fried rice or even chibap (chicken with rice), proving that her everyday meals are far from the perfectly curated diets fans might expect from a top actress.

When the host jokingly assumed Park must eat salads, vegetables, poke bowls, and zero-calorie drinks daily, Park immediately shut it down with laughter, saying she dislikes that kind of eating the most and finds it “meaningless.”

The candid moment quickly resonated with viewers, who praised Park Shin Hye for keeping things real and showing a down-to-earth side rarely seen from A-list stars.
