Former Wanna One‘s Park Jihoon is set to make a comeback as a singer this coming April. After his success with the movie The King’s Warden, Park Jihoon is returning to the stage. He is currently preparing a solo album with the goal of an April comeback, marking his first release in three years since the mini album Blank or Black in 2023.
At present, Park Jihoon has been busy with a packed schedule in both film and television. He has been simultaneously promoting the release of the film The King’s Warden while filming the tvN drama The Legendary Cook Soldier.
Despite his busy acting schedule, he decided to release an album. A source told Dispatch that he is eager to return to music.
“His determination to continue activities as a singer is extremely strong. He is preparing the album because he wants to show a great side of himself as a singer as well.”
This year, he is expected to be active simultaneously as both a singer and an actor. Through The King’s Warden he is predicted to join the ranks of actors who’s movies have sold over 10 million seats domestically. In April, he will appear in the reality program Wanna One Go, and in May, he will return to television with The Legendary Cook Solider.
