A disturbing fan-edited image of Girls’ Generation member YoonA recently left fans shaken, prompting them to report the matter to her label.

Recently, a picture of the idol-actress went viral across online communities in which she was seen posing with a visible baby bump. A man, standing beside her with his face partially covered, had his hand on her belly, creating a couple of photo-like settings. The man in the picture himself had uploaded the image first and even tagged YoonA on the post.

Though fans immediately realized that it was a digitally doctored image, they were still left disturbed. As some dug deeper into the man’s previous posts, they discovered that he had also used Sooyoung’s likeness in an AI-generated image to create a fake couple photo with her. He had also tagged Sooyoung in the photo across social media platforms.
