Gong Seung Yeon Joins Lee Joon Hyun in Chaebol Romance K-drama A Casual Lie

So this drama and it’s companion drama was announced a few months ago, but now we get a female lead for this. A Casual Lie stars Lee Joon Hyuk as a chaebol heir and its companion drama is Yi Seob’s Romance with Lee Jong Seok, and the two dramas tells this cousins’ respective stories. This week K-ent is reporting that Gong Seung Yeon will be the female lead in A Casual Lie opposite Lee Joon Hyuk and the response has been universally positive and excited. Coming off her memorable and spot on portrayal of the dowager queen in Perfect Crown, she’s definitely confirmed her acting chops and onscreen chemistry and charisma. Award winning screenwriter Kim Eun Hee is doing the script for both dramas so another notch in the cap for a likely quality story.
