Youngjae, a member of the group GOT7 and a musical actor, has filed a lawsuit against the production company of the musical Dream High 2.
According to Youngjae’s agency, AndBut Company, Youngjae submitted the lawsuit against ArtOne House, the production company of Dream High 2, earlier this month.
Youngjae appeared in Dream High 2, which was performed last summer, but did not receive his performance fee. The production company claims to have reached an agreement with Youngjae to pay the fee within the first half of the year. However, Youngjae’s side states that they were only notified and did not finalize any agreement.
Youngjae is currently serving as a public service worker. In December last year, he donated ₩30.0 million KRW (about $20,700 USD) to the Korean Dogs Rainbow Shelter, a refuge for abandoned dogs.
This donation was made in the name of Coco, his precious family member and pet dog who passed away, adding special significance to the contribution.
