Fans of CORTIS are expressing frustration online after some claimed they were unfairly blacklisted from future fansign events over what they insist was a misunderstanding. According to fans sharing their experiences online, several people who had previously attended CORTIS events discovered they had allegedly been restricted from future fansigns after being associated with airport-related activity.
The issue reportedly began after some fans happened to be on the same flight as the members by coincidence. Those affected argue that they were not following the group intentionally and had simply booked the same flight independently. A fan who received a notice that they had been banned from the fansign immediately took to X to complain.

Those who want to see CORTIS for a long, long time, make sure that when you go to official schedules overseas, you should look up which flight they are on and make sure you never never take the same one.

As many fans go to attend schedules overseas such as concerts or fansigns, it is sometimes inevitable for the fans to be on the same flight as the artist. With only a few flights a day from the same country, it would be harder not to run into the artist.

If those f*cking idols really don’t want to sit in the same plane as their fans, they can just take a flight a week before and after their schedules then.

Another fan claimed that they were subject to public embarrassment at a fansign, but when they questioned the managers, they had nothing to say.
왜튀었냐고 pic.twitter.com/wHCURKnht0

After the fansign on Sunday ended, you suddenly made all 50 participants sit down and picked 3 of us to embarrass. I was so taken aback that I argued back, and the staff didn’t have anything to say either, so they just stammered and scrambled to think of stuff. What’s up with that. On Monday as soon as I went up on the stage, I asked the manager if I could talk with them for 5 minutes after the event, but they just ran off. Why?

As discussions spread, some fans argued that companies may be taking stricter measures to protect artists from invasive behavior and sasaeng-related issues. Others, however, felt that broad restrictions without considering individual situations could unfairly affect regular fans.
The situation has sparked debate among fans regarding where companies should draw the line between protecting idols and avoiding accidental punishment of innocent fans.
