Over the last weekend, KCON 2026 LA took place, with a lineup featuring groups spanning several generations of K-Pop.
One thing fans love most about KCON is the chance to see idols who normally don’t get to interact on stage do exactly that. One interaction that many fans were surprised by occurred between ZEROBASEONE‘s Sung Hanbin and TXT‘s Beomgyu.

While Hanbin was giving closing remarks as MC, a piece of confetti landed in his hair. Beomgyu approached out of nowhere to remove it, with the interaction going viral online.
Beomgyu also explained why, saying that he wanted Hanbin to appear “more handsome” on screen.

Not long after, Beomgyu shared a post on Instagram that included photos from his time in LA with the caption “Bamgeut’s Appa/Dad is sleeping.”
While this is a normal post, Hanbin’s post made around the same time raised some eyebrows.
While the caption does not match, a photo inside the set included the text “Meong ~ Dad/Appa isn’t sleeping.”
Between this and the interaction at KCON, some have jokingly seen it as a “lovestagram” between the two idols.
