A recent public appearance took an unexpected turn after a fan bypassed security to get to an idol.
KUN
Cai Xukun (also known as KUN) is a Chinese singer-songwriter and actor who debuted in the boy group SWIN and its subunit SWIN-S. He also joined the temporary boy group Nine Percent, before pursuing his solo career. Since then, his fame has continued to grow.
On May 21, a fan rushed onto the stage to get to KUN during a brand event in Hangzhou, China. According to Chinese media reports, the woman broke through security, ran toward KUN, and suddenly hugged him, disrupting the event.
However, KUN didn’t panic. He stayed cool, calm, and collected from start to finish, barely reacting to the fan, aside from placing his hand on her waist.
Security quickly stepped in to remove the fan, but she clung to KUN tightly, causing him to stumble slightly before separating from her.

After the incident, the event organizers released a public apology, admitting there had been security failures that allowed an unauthorized person to get onstage. They thanked KUN for his professionalism and stated they would cooperate with investigations and review security procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
