In her March 15, 2026 (KST) Instagram update, the GANGKIZ member revealed that she’s struggling with the interest on the building amid unfilled vacancies.
I bought a building, but the monthly interest alone is ₩12.0 million KRW (about $7,990 USD). Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this much. Right now, only about half of the units are leased… The rent is ₩6.00 million KRW (about $3,990 USD). What would you do? Keep? Sell?

She ended on an optimistic note, though, noting, “There are six vacant units. Honestly, it’s scary. But I won’t give up. I’ll show you how I fill these vacancies.”
Born in 1986, Lee Hae In debuted in 2005 through a commercial. While she took a chance at several careers, including K-Pop girl group and K-Drama actress, her name became known when she started posting YouTube videos of herself playing the piano in skimpy lingerie.
