The ad quickly ignited a debate, where some people interpreted the ad as having a hidden sexual meaning. They also proposed ways to make the ad less disturbing, such as changing the woman’s position.
- “That phrase makes it seem even more like that.”
- “Huh??? Not at all.”
- “Every advertisement has an intention behind it.”
- “I kind of see it that way too.”
- “It was definitely intentional, what do you mean.”
- “It would’ve caused less misunderstanding if both legs were fully shown and bent upward, or if they were lying down with their arms spread out to the sides instead.”
- “That was definitely intentional. There’s a similar scene in another movie too — they were obviously aiming for that. When planning an image like that, there’s no way they wouldn’t have intended it.”
