Park Min-young, Yook Sung-jae
- Park Min-young (Confidence Queen) and Yook Sung-jae (The Haunted Palace) are reportedly in talks for a new office rom-com called Nine to Six. With the former up to play a corporate lawyer and the latter a jewelry designer, the story is adapted from the popular Chinese series The Rational Life. Expected to broadcast on SBS, production is in the early stagers with PD Lee Hyung-min (Miss Night and Day) is attached to direct. [My Daily, Newsen]
- A new poster has dropped on ENA, rallying attorney friends Lee Na-young (One Day Off), Jung Eun-chae (The Dream Life of Mr. Kim), and Lee Chung-ah (Hide) together to fight for Honor in the legal-mystery’s courtrooms. The Swedish series remake will be launching on February 2, airing in the Monday-Tuesday slot following I Dol I. PD Park Gun-ho (Dongjae the Good or the Bastard) is at the helm with scripts by Park Ga-yeon (Train). [Osen]
- KBS’s Recipe for Love has a new poster as well, tying up loose ends ahead of this month’s premiere on January 31. Picturing Park Ki-woong (The Midnight Studio) and Jin Se-yeon (Bad Memory Eraser) alongside their feuding families in fair Seoul, where we lay our scene, the weekender also stars Yoo Ho-jung (Heard It Through the Grapevine), Kim Seung-soo (Delivery Man), Kim Hyung-mook (Bon Appetit Your Majesty), and So Yi-hyun (My Happy Ending). - On tvN, promos continue with the latest teaser, where Park Shin-hye (The Judge From Hell) takes up her post as Undercover Miss Hong. But her mission goes from tough to tougher when ex-boyfriend Go Kyung-pyo (Frankly Speaking) unexpectedly turns out to be her new boss. - Speaking of shenanigans, Channel A is baking up a bun on Positively Yours, surprising Choi Jin-hyuk (Miss Night and Day) and Oh Yeon-seo (Player 2 – Master of Swindlers) in the newest trailers (found here and here) and character posters.
