Judge Shin Jong Oh has been found dead near the very court he works at.

According to multiple reports throughout Korean media outlets, judge Shin Jong Oh was found dead near the Seoul High Court around 1 am KST on May 6. Police are currently investigating the details surrounding his death.

Just one week ago, April 28, Shin Jong Oh sentenced former first lady Kim Keon Hee to four years in prison and a fine of ₩50.0 million KRW (about $33,900 USD) for her role on the Deutsche Motors stock manipulation scandal.
