A Korean star recently revealed an update on her weight management after losing down to 49kg, revealing the secret to her success in maintaining her figure.
On the 23rd, broadcaster Hong Hyun Hee shared photos on her social media without any special comments.
One of the images shows her workout record for the day. Hong Hyun Hee focused on exercising for about an hour and a half, walking almost 10km and more than 10,000 steps. Her steady cardio routine and health management drew attention.
Her diet choice was also healthy. She selected Vietnamese spring rolls with various vegetables and protein, lowering calorie intake while paying attention to balanced nutrition.
Additionally, Hong Hyun Hee shared her own tip to prevent overeating, saying, “Lately, I’ve been detoxing with vegetables for summer, and many say it’s really hard to keep the routine from the start. In those cases, just start by eating vegetables before your meal. Let’s just do this one thing together.” She added, “You end up eating more slowly and can also prevent overeating.”

Earlier, in December last year, she announced on her YouTube channel that she had lost 11kg by improving her lifestyle and diet.
At that time, she confirmed her weight at 49kg and expressed joy, saying, “It’s been almost 20 years since I last saw the number starting with 4 on the scale.” She added, “Rather than focusing on dieting, I started with the thought of eating healthily. The body doesn’t lie,” introducing her weight loss secrets such as maintaining a 16-hour fast, consuming good fats on an empty stomach in the morning, and eating vegetables and vinegar before meals, which attracted interest.
