A Korean star couple has announced surprising news of their pregnancy.
On July 30th, photos showing a pregnancy test and ultrasound images were shared on Instagram by Kim Ji Min, who is married to Kim Jun Ho.
Kim Ji Min said, “In 2025 last year, we became an eternal pair, and in 2026 this year, we have become the three we dreamed of!” and added, “A beautiful life has come to my small belly!”
She continued, “Relying on my oppa who comforted me with ‘Don’t overdo it, don’t be in a hurry,’ we started the first IVF! Thankfully, our little “Durup” (Ah! That’s the nickname) came on the very first try, as if waiting only for this day.”
She also said, “Thanks to our doctors who helped me focus on getting my body healthy for about two months first, I got to take care of myself for the first time (I was scolded a lot for neglecting my body).”
Kim Ji Min reflected, “During that time, I suddenly thought, ‘Ah… right! I must have been a precious child that my mom also desperately wished and hoped for,’ and with a heart full of gratitude and reflection, I think I tried harder!”
She added, “When I finally heard the results that I had returned to my original body in all tests, I was so afraid the professor might change his mind that I hurried and insisted, ‘Let’s do the IVF now!’ I still find my reaction funny, and it feels like yesterday how he smiled warmly and said, ‘Alright then!’ with a dad’s smile.”
Meanwhile, Kim Jun Ho said, “A little miracle that came like a fairy tale. My beloved wife and our baby. Let’s meet healthily. A new chapter for our family begins.”
Kim Jun Ho and Kim Ji Min are senior and junior comedians from KBS and officially confirmed their relationship in 2022. They got married in July 2025 after dating for three years.
