A beloved Korean star has given birth to a daughter, updating her fans on her and the baby’s status through her social media account.
On the 31st, TV star and ballerina Lee Joo Ri posted on her Instagram with the caption “Byul, welcome,” along with a photo.
The revealed photo showed her daughter wrapped in a swaddle with a commemorative card marked with her foot print. The adorable baby caught attention.
Lee Joo Ri also shared an update from the hospital, expressing concern: “Today is day two, it’s so peaceful, but later, getting out of bed and walking will probably be hell, right?”
Meanwhile, Lee Joo Ri, a former member of the Korean National Ballet, gained public recognition through appearances on Mnet’s dating reality show Somebody and SBS variety show Kick A Goal.
She married a non-celebrity man on November 2 last year and made headlines by announcing her pregnancy just a month after the wedding, in December.
