Former Wonder Girls member Sunye shared details about her unique childbirth experiences.
On the March 6 broadcast of Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant, Sunye opened up about giving birth to all three of her daughters through natural home births while living in Canada.
Sunye, who married at age 24 and moved to Canada, revealed that she chose natural childbirth for all three pregnancies. Natural childbirth refers to delivering a baby without medical interventions such as epidurals or medication, and she explained that home births are relatively common in Canada. That’s right, not even painkillers.
“The first one was difficult, but with my second child, I was taking a bite of food when I suddenly felt contractions. I went to the bed, gave birth, and then came back out and finished eating the seaweed soup I had been cooking.”
Her story left everyone stunned. Sunye added that natural childbirth often leads to “many mysterious experiences,” which captivated the other guests.
