It was recently announced that former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin won her lawsuit against HYBE.

On February 12, the 31st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court ruled that HYBE’s claim was dismissed and that the company would be responsible for legal costs. The court also found that Min Hee Jin’s exercise of the put option is legitimate, and HYBE must pay 25.5 billion .
In the time that followed, Min Hee Jin’s post for her new agency drew attention, as it was perceived as shade towards HYBE.

ILLIT were included in the issues between HYBE and ADOR, with the group accused of being the group mentioned in NewJeans’ Hanni’s claims of workplace bullying. Claims that ILLIT copied NewJeans in various ways also have persisted.

In the comments of the post made by Min Hee Jin, an individual commented “I’m not copy anymore~~,” which seems to be a reference to lyrics to ILLIT’s “Not Cute Anymore.” The comment was liked by Min Hee Jin.
Some have discussed the post, calling Min Hee Jin “messy” for doing so.
