Amid the NewJeans controversy, it’s recently been discovered that the NewJeans Phoning app has banned the use of specific words and phrases.
A social media post went viral online after revealing various words and phrases that were included in the “banned words” list.
Some of these phrases include:
- NewJeansAreFive
- FreeNewJeans
- FreeNJZ
- anything with ‘Danielle’ as well as everything Danielle-related on the app
Fans criticized HYBE, saying there was no point in adding this to an app that had lost its meaning.
